★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nice stay here, room was spotless, front desk were friendly and airport shuttle was on time. The restaurant in the hotel was a let down, I recommend ordering food from elsewhere.

Very comfortable bedding with lots of tech in the room including a remote that controls not only the TV but the lights and blackout shade (see photo of TV screen that says "shades closing" while watch "Lucifer" on Netflix). My room (503) had a great view with lots of privacy and the room service was excellent! I stayed an entire week and don't have a single complaint. The hotel is inside of a shopping mall so you have lots to see and do without having to cab it. I'll absolutely, 100%, stay here again.

Pro: Customer service, cleaniness, rate, room and hotel exceeded my expectations. Not to mention they are only 10 minutes from the airport.
First I had an issue with my Covid Test results i receivedfrom Olab, so I had to extend my trio a day, then I had an issue with my flight, which lead to my staying 3 additional days. It worked out because I was able to go on some of the tours I'd misses out on during the initial trip.
Fiesta was very accommodating and even though I checked out, per my request, when I returned, they gave me the same room on the 8th floor with an amazing view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying here as I write this and do not typically write a review until after I leave but the balance of value, service and comfort is worthy of an early review.
The rooms here are new and packed with smart features like automatic shades and lighting akin to a Las Vegas, Nevada hotel! This only adds to the comfort and as a couple we have had many worries melt away. The rooms are focused on business which is completely reasonable, even with planes flying by there is little distraction due to the design and engineering here.
There are steam style showers and very nice smelling toiletries that give a spa like experience. Paired with a comfortable bed and great service you will be amazed as well.
The room service was very carefully prepared and reasonable in cost given the attention to detail, our compliments to the room service staff!! We were pleased with them on all orders.
I will absolutely return here at any future opportunity in CDMX and thank the staff here for a collaborative effort that left our hearts warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! ?❤ the facilities here are very modern and well kept. Upon walking in, you enter through a small shopping plaza that has bank ATM, move theater and some 4 or 5 restaurants. Head to elevators and those will take you to hotel front desk.
Check in was a breeze and very welcoming and friendly staff. Quick elevator ride and you will be in your room. Rooms are spacious, modern, tech oriented and well lit. Ample walk in shower. Perfect size tv. ?
The whole experience has fantastic value, the location might be a hit or miss for some people. I loved the location since it is a short ride from the airport. Some people might not like it because it is not in trendy area or close to tourist points.
The hotel restaurant is extremely good, as are the plaza ones. This hotel is perfect for my layover nights where I need something close to the airport . I will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiesta Americana is modern and has awesome staff. My room for 4 of us was comfortable but a little too small. I was on the first floor with no view but ehh, I only went to rest. It’s located in a mall. I saw a cinema, couple of restaurants and a some clothing stores. Definitely will be going to book there for my next flight over. Thank you Fiesta Americana. I also tried the restaurant it was good but could have better presentation for their food.
