Excelente lugar para vacacionar muy recomendable la experiencia, las habitaciones están amplias, limpias y cuentan con todo lo que se necesita, volveré a hospedarme ahí.

There was a gigantic leaked in my room and there was no one to clean it. When they came to inspect the room they did not clean it right there was still more than plenty of water. So I had to clean it myself the room was dirty when I checked in. They have the worst maintnance I ever encounter. The pools are the color green from how dirty they are. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE IS WAY BETTER PLACES THAN THIS.

Awful place to stay , keep away at all cost. washrooms are nasty and unkept There are sings all over "Do not hang clothing outside the walkways" and yet they do not offer washers and dryers They don't have hot water so after a long day of walking having a relaxing hot shower is out of question To make matters worst there are half finish construction in the room Also to charge more they offer Queen size beds and the mattreses are set on single size bed boxes so the mattress sags on both sides really uncomfortable to sleep And lastly the bungalows are offered by peddlers by the side of the main Avenue offering all kind of amenities that are mostly lies Keep away from this place.

Great ocean front ocean view room! Nicely designed tiled rooms and bathroom with both a ceiling fan and ac. Balcony kitchenette reasonably appointed and a good sized fridge. Needed a coffee pot but had a great blender! The beds are very firm, clean and good covers. We walked in to find this hotel as hotels with a 3 bed option were not available on short notice through booking sites. No English is spoken here but with my minimal Spanish and Eva’s patience we chose and reserved a room. We did not have (did not request) housekeeping but they happily replaced towels and provided toilet paper on request. Wifi is only in the lobby but is very good. Hot Water is hit or miss during busy hours. The main entrance and pool area is under construction and the results are looking good. The beach access is rather dirty and could use some form of sand control or foot washes as this sand migrated through all of the hotel. This is a Mexican family hotel especially on weekends but was never too noisy at night, and we enjoyed 10 piece bands playing on the beach for local tourists a few times! Thank you to Eva and friendly young Juan and the rest of the small family(s) for an enjoyable 11 day stay!
