They locked me out in the middle of the night due to a mistake they made with my travel agent.
Taking my stuff and telling me they wouldn't allow me in my room until I double-pay at 1:00 am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable clean hotel with the basics for a business trip. Although the hotel is old and the kitchen is not quite good. Well located, close to the city center and commercial zones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hotel room was nice and spacious. They had a nice outdoors pool which we didn't use, however we did use the fitness room. The breakfast was so abundant and it had some really good options. Overall I liked it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an older renovated hotel ,and we chose it because we wanted to be headed south, out of town early, quick and easy, although it has comfortable beds and secure parking theres not much around & no little perks at all, no in room or lobby coffee, breakfast on the go. I'd give it a flat hand for ease of leaving Chihuahua..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst hotel ever, outdated, only 1 elevator works, you cannot take your food or beverages to the pool area (only if you buy it from the hotel) the only good thing is the location
