Nice for business, close and well connected to Paseo de la Reforma area. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is above a shopping center apart with an exclusive and safe entrance. Going downstairs you find many options for meals and supermarket, very useful. It has also it's own good restaurant. The rooms are new and well mantained. I used it as "home" office some days and I found wi-fi 40-50 Mbps for download and upload, good size table for work, you can move the table an connect to big TV screns as second monitor.

I really like the Fiesta chain. Sometimes I think they are a little pricy for what they offer, but the rooms are always spotlessly clean. They have properties all over Mexico so if you want to get out of the dorm, they are a good bet. I think I paid $50.00 for this room and I have VIP status, so I got put on the VIP floor. I havent stayed at a Grand Fiesta property; I will soon and though and I'm going to You Tube and blog it.

Check-in took over 3 hours because the rooms they gave us were dirty and there was a problem with parking our motorbikes. They refused to let us park on the hotel.parkingspace although we booked rooms with parking. The rooms were not like the photos on booking, so big dessillision there. No compensation for the extended waiting time, not even a free drink offered. We always live to stay at Fiesta Inn because of the luxury experience, but we will never return. The toothpaste marks of the previous guests were on the tiles, this hotel is in no way sanitized like they promise. Dirty floors. Dirty elevator, rags for towels with loose threats, stains and holes in them. Housekeeping thinks throwing in towels and making a bed does the job, they don't even clean the tops. Never again. No longer a good hotel chain, Fiesta Inn is losing it big time.

They don't answer the phone all day, and then they just cancel reservation without calling.

Good rates. Floor in our room never got swept all week. Never got clean towels everyday. Would not stay here again when in CDMX

The hotel is modern and clean but follows the no-frills policy. Rooms are medium-sized, the WiFi is good amd the tv has a few channels. Prices are standard for the type of hotel.

Nice and spacious room. Good service. Well located. Good quality in this hotel and very competitive price. The sole default for me is: The doors of the rooms slam abruptly late at night and early in the morning. You can hear a lot of noise in the hallway. People are talking loudly in the hallway as if they were in their living room. This is particularly unpleasant at this hotel. Most hotels don't have this problem of such a strong connection between the room and the hallway.

Value for money, location not bad, lots of food choices below in the mall, simple but meet up with some important requirements, walking distance to city, convenient shops nearby, with Cabify to airport around 100 peso
