★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good for the proximity to PLAZA DEL SOL but beware when it rains because it is flooded and imposible to reach the hotel. Attention is friendly but rooms could be cleaner. The only thing salvageable is the attention and room service

Just be mindful that due the pandemic.. the ice machine is not working.. but it has 24/h room service.
I've stayed in different floors and rooms and in some the A/C machines work but are kind of old and noisy
