Que complicado es llegar a este hotel, faltan muchos señalamientos y la encargada del estacionamiento es de lo más grosera y por si fuera poco te informa mal de como llegar al lobby, hasta que le atinas. Después de que batallas te aprendes el camino. Pongan más señalamientos.

Lugar limpio su personal es lo mas agradable ya que son muy sonrientes y se preocupan de ayudarte . El chico que atiende el bar es realmente amable . Me gustaria mucho que hubiera mas indicaciones para accesar al hotel

Tienen una alberca que siempre está fría se les pregunto que si se podía calentar el agua y en recepción dijeron que no que así siempre está. Lo cual fui en distintos horarios y siempre era lo mismo. Las habitaciones no las limpian bien encontré una envoltura de condón debajo de la cama desde que me hicieron la entrega, se notaba que ni un día barrian ahí. No vuelvo a quedarme ahí!! Pésimo.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, la atención es muy amable desde lo que es recepción hasta lo que es restaurante. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias, y la comida del buffet está rica. Los precios considero son accesibles y están por debajo qué otros hoteles de la zona.

I will personally not recommend this Hotel in particular, the staff was not friendly at all, made our stay miserable. We made one complain, and apparently it was the cause to be mistreated like we did. We went for WORK, and had to stay for 12 nights. ROOM #325 has no internet reach, do to Covid 19 the personal was wearing the proper gear but the rooms were not cleaned properly and the common areas were dirty not good. No hot water one night after a long day of work so they sent me to the Hotel next door. The only nice recepcionist was the man that had the night shift he tried to make our stay comfortable but the others man always had a bad face and way to talk when we required something. The hotel did sent us a fruit tray and a letter of apology, but perhaps making our stay comfortable could of been nicer than the fruit, plus they ruined a pair of expensive pants at the Laundry of the Hotel DONT SEND LAUNDRY to be done if its expensive, they claim they didnt do it but my pants were not like that if you do send something take a before picture. so they dont say to you it was like that. very very unsatisfied with our stay. for a couple more pesos find a better hotel

Great service. They are real heroes. I realized at midnight that I lost my cell phone charger in the airport, so in that moment I called front desk, and they let me borrow one that has multiple adapters. Very clean room and nice bed.
