My heartfelt gratitude to every individual staff who contributed their best services to make me feel the place ' Home away from home'. Being located in the heart of the city Monclova, one can access many public amenities by staying here. The hotel is equipped with restaurant, bar, gymnasium, swimming pool, banquette, meeting rooms, laundry services etc. The rooms are quite big, well furnished and having all basic necessities in place. Room service is also very prompt. The hotel having a wide spread of parking space available, is the ideal place for hosting a social or business events. This is a safe and cozy place to stay. It is highly recommended for stay for any kind short or long, personal or business or anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly, the hotel clean, and they always seem to have someone who speaks decent English on hand to help me out. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Better than I have had at any hotel pretty much ever, but it isn't included in the room. The breakfast rates aren't bad, especially for what you get, but the rest of the restaurant prices are way too high.

Specially since there is Covid they should ve paying more attention to cleanness, but not.... the room's bathroom was full of hair from the last guests it was gross to see the floor full of public hair all around. The carpet at the aisles was completely dirty as well. The need someone to really go and check on that.
