★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't imagine I got a room in a busy weekend with a 75% discount! I mean, thanks for the great night! Can't say much as all we did was to sleep and take a bath, the beds comfortable and you'll love the pillows, unfortunately there are no snacks past midnight so you have to use room service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place is my first time here, nice and clean, courteous and quiet. Mall Paseo La Fe right next to it you can walk and a avoid the traffic. Rooms are bigger than other hotels, and bed are comfortable. The only minor thing I noticed is the power outlets are single connections. So if you have different devices to plug in bring a power outlet strip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this one, the first floor rooms are better than the 2nd floor, the suite is really nice, the las room we stayed at on the 2nd floor was dirty, the mattress was super hard, it just didn't feel right after staying at the ones from the 1st floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to their fame, I did not expect to find details such as stained/badly painted walls or ceiling, damaged/stained furniture, slightly rusty bathtub and faucet not fully recessed into the wall. Room a bit run down but big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peronell has great service, but the hotel itself false short in services, like shuttle service it's only drop off at the airport, not pick-up, they sent you emails ofering certain services that in reality they are not available, and some of the hallways stink.
