★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly, helpful and they spoke English. Loved the coffee & alcohol bar downstairs. They honored our room request on a higher floor and room was clean upon arrival. There is a restaurant inside and it is also walking distance to nearby restaurants and an Oxxo. We would definitely stay here again for the great views of Cerro de la Silla!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very loud guests next to me. Blaring loud music. Rent to young men in groups. Complain five times. Would not enforce policy. Finally changed my room at 11pm . Nice place , nice location. If your enjoy your peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. It seemed that the loud guest are friends of management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff opened my room and walked into it without my permission at 3 AM! Because Another guest had forgotten something in the room.
The other guest searched my room throughly and didn't find anything, all of this while I was still in underwear, the hotel initially didn't even want to refund me for the night.
This is a terrible and old hotel with very bad management.

The personnel is very friendly and respectful as well as super helpful.
As far as COVId precautions I think everyone was wearing both a mask and shield cover. Everything smelled like very and freshly cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dated rooms, the bathroom is TINY, I thought it would be a nicer room. Stayed in a King Executive. Didn't have a couch like the photos, just the most uncomfortable chair ever. They put a huge TV in the room, but placed it half on the desk, half on the chest of drawers. Kind of low budget. I expected more from the property. The service was good, the breakfasts were as well. Didn't order room service. Clean. It's over rated. This is a 2.5 to 3 star hotel.
