★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is very sweet, I think that is a lovely place to visit, some of my friends visited the hotel in the last years and also my grandma works there, so I think that is a very good hotel, one of the best hotels in Pachuca, Hidalgo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well sized rooms and comfy beds. The lift is a pain in the arse though as it takes forever. Even if you're in the top floor you're better off taking the stairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here a few times and they never disappoint. On my last stay the AC was broken, but besides that the hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and nice, food is good too. I really have nothing bad to say, this is my to go hotel when I'm in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like a nice place to stay but if you want to drop someone off or pick someone up you need to enter the mall parking space as there is no entrance near the street. Otherwise it looks clean and it seems comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel for business purposes. Cafeteria inside the hotel is pretty good (quality and quantity). Service is friendly and nice. Parking is part of a large shopping facility. So need to change your parking ticket for a courtesy ticket at the lobby to exit the parking with no charge. Must park near the hotel so surveillance cameras can monitor your car. This was suggested by security officers of the hotel.
