★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We now live in Covid times and this hotel which is located in a sketchy area has the nerve to have their main entrance door closed as if covid would enter thru the main entrance door. You have to walk thru a dark parking lot and walk around to get into the mall and then walk across the entire mall with your luggage until getting into the hotel. It's really inconvenient especially coming in late at night. We called the hotel concierge and they had us waiting for over 10 minutes to guide us with no one showing up. When we called a second time they said they were helping a customer. We finally made it on our own and there were 3 gentlemen and two ladies at the front desk chit-chating and no one had the audacity to show up and pick us up at the wing stop downstairs to properly guide us into the hotel. Garbage service with good comfortable rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Clean safe and trendy. Restaurant food is a little bland but the service is great. Front desk ladies could be nicer. Electric stairs not functioning hard to navugate with luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect hotel if you're passing through Mexico city, and if you're working. The free airport shuttle was really appreciated, wifi was perfect and they are really careful with disinfection and COVID measures. I felt very safe staying there. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Fiesta Inn Plaza Central a bit by mistake. In another trip I went tp Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto and I though reserving at the same place. Thankfully, the service is same, which mean very good and only a few minutes more away of the airport than the other. However the transportation to it is offer only to the hour and the Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto is every half. The price was cheeper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw airport in the name and that it had a good rating so I booked, it wasn't even around the airport it took 15 minutes with light traffic to get there. I also think my security was compromised by staff. I received a call around midnight and the caller knew my name as well as my dad's and knew specifically that I was a guest there, information that nobody would have known. The caller also knew we had American passports. I thought this call was legitimate and was afraid to leave the room. It ended with us missing our early morning flight and us being escorted by heavily armed guards to the airport.
