★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly hotel. AC is good but noisy. But cool enough at night with AC off. Most TV channels are dubbed into Spanish language. Good location food is excelent. Room is kept clean and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly and helpful here. The pool and garden area are a calming place to enjoy a beverage. Though the gym is a little cramped it is sufficient. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a lovely view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at the restaurant was excellent; the waiter was always looking for whatever was needed on the table, always doing it with good attitude even though it was late at night. The food was great; it had a good taste and an acceptable amount of portion served on the other dishes; mine was quite good on the portions served on my dish compared to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spend only 1 night, we got our rooms after 1 hour waiting and fighting with the receptionist because when we call they give us a different rate and double beds, well it was different story when we got there.
With kids and my 77 years old mother it was hard to just leave the place and look for something else. Anyhow rooms are clean and hot water works great.
In the morning we had breakfast no from the buffet and my husband got sick as a dog.... someone must cough or sneeze on his plate because he ate the same thing and he was the only one who was sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceptable complementary breakfast. Decent rooms. If there's one complain about this hotel is that the air condition units are very old and make a lot of rattling noise. There is also no kettle. I'm not sure if it is normal in Mexico to not have kettle in hotels. I have gone to China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Hotels from these countries provide kettle. If not, at the very least they have a hot water dispenser nearby. Maybe Mexicans hotel-goers don't use kettle much?
