Fiesta Inn Zacatecas

Shower drains are ona a uphill slope causing the showers to leak out of ur general shower area. No continental b fast

This place was outstanding, great customer service and great measures on keeping everything clean and disinfected for everyone's safety.

Well I had been at this hotel a few times, but this one it was completly wrong. The hotel its beside a hampton inn or a city express hotel, both are better and cheaper. When I arrived they werent able to open a check with my american express, so every sercive I needed I payed at the moment for it. The rooms are not more new look alike, the towels seems to be used lots of times, every corner was damaged. But then I want to rest and order room service, wrong idea, they make me wait 1hr, similar to leaving the hotel to a good restaurant, but that was not the biggest problem, the quality of the order was a shame, I order tacos, but it was really bad quality and also I order a shake I return it because it was not posible to drink it, but they didnt bring a new one, but charged me for it. Next day I was really hungry and I discover a brakefast buffete of thw worst quality ever, its a shame because fiesta in its a good hotel but dont go to this one.

Everything was top notch and welcoming. Nestor at the front desk was cordial and attentive to every detail. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and the meeting areas for business activity are very useful.

Worst Fiesta Hotel. Booked everything in advanced. Got changed rooms by a racist woman at the counter. Tried to change everything up. Our friends got a better room and we received a standard. In our reservation we booked 2 superior rooms next together with King size beds. We ended up with one superior room and one standard even our wish with a view to the mountains got deleted. She wasn't interested in our conformation from our bookings. Even if I don't understand Spanish but I know what "gilipollas" means after I told her that we had a confirmation. Worst Hotel ever.

This hotel has a profile to business but my wife and I went to Zacatecas like tourists for a holiday. We agree with a very pleasant stay. I made the reservetation by Expedia and i found the best price comparing this hotel with its competence. I recommend Fiesta Inn Zacatecas like a very good option.

Fabulous rooms! Our room had two bathrooms, a dining area, a living room, and a king size bed. The price was quite reasonable. The restaurant was quite good, but a bit pricey. On the whole, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Wow!! Amazing rooms for an amazing price!!! The food down stairs was okay, stick to local picks; we ordered ribs and pasta and it was not how they should taste. But the breakfast and other foods were okay. Not a central walking location, you can get to a couple corner stores but that’s it. Uber to the mall was good. The main thing is contemporary, comfortable, A/C rooms!
