Contrate el pasado 27 de septiembre un paquete para 100 personas pero solo tienen 5 mesas para adultos y eso no te lo dicen cuando contratas y si requieres una mesa adicional te cobran 300 pesos. Lo cual la mandan pedir hasta ese momento del evento y de super mal gusto no la bajaban ni la acomodaban hasta que yo pagara esos 300 pesos...por lo que tuve que dejar de ver el show del cumple de mi niña para salir y pagar y evitar que los invitados siguieran de pie. Lo unico rescatable fue el show. Ya que tambien apagaron las luces de los juegos casi 15 min antes y sin preguntar comenzaron a limpiar y tirar el pastel que quedaba. Ojala y revisen esos puntos porque deja mucho que desear.
Very bad service during the event. Hire a package for 100 people last September 27 but they only have 5 tables for adults and they don't tell you when you hire and if you require an additional table they charge you 300 pesos. Which they order until that moment of the event and in super bad taste they did not lower or accommodate her until I paid those 300 pesos ... so I had to stop watching my girl's birthday show to go out and pay and prevent guests from standing still. The only redeemable thing was the show. Since they also turned off the lights of the games almost 15 minutes before and without asking they began to clean and throw away the remaining cake. Hopefully and review those points because it leaves much to be desired.
