No me queda cerca de la casa, como a 25 minutos en el coche (en Querétaro eso es algo lejos, no estoy bromeando ?) pero vale pena el viaje. El servicio muy cordial y eficiente. Delicious artisan cakes, at reasonable prices, for the quality of the ingredients. It is not close to the house, like 25 minutes by car (in Querétaro that's a bit far, I'm not kidding ?) but it's worth the trip. Very friendly and efficient service.

Está si; las de arrachera, 3 quesos y pulled por están muy ricas. Ya iré probando las demás. También venden papas a la francesa y un agua de crema de coco muy rica. Ya pronto iré a probar el. D	David Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entré al lugar esperando Tortas "artesanales" a sobre precio. Me equivoqué. Las tortas son estupendas. Realmente deliciosas. Probé tres tortas: arrachera, jamón serrano y pulled pork. Las tres excelentes. La torta de arrachera tiene arrachera de verdad. Trozos grandes, marinados perfectamente entre panes artesanales que no desmerecen. Se mantienen crujientes toda la torta. El de jamón serrano viene con algún tipo de aderezo y quesos que maridan perfectamente. La cantidad de jamón serrano me quedó a deber, pero no por eso entiendas que es poco. La de pulled pork es excelente. Vienen, como era de esperarse con una ensalada de col en vinagreta que le queda excelente. Le da un crunch agradable y el vinagre contrasta adecuadamente con la salsa BBQ. Las papas están ricas. No sobresalientes. El precio de las tortas es muy adecuado. Realmente valen lo que cuestan. El precio de los combos me parece algo elevado, ya que la cantidad de papas no es tan generosa. Definitivamente sí regresaré. I entered the place expecting "handmade" cakes at an overpriced price. I was wrong. The cakes are great. Really delicious. I tried three cakes: flank steak, serrano ham and pulled pork. All three excellent. The flank steak cake has real flank steak. Large pieces, perfectly marinated between artisan breads that do not detract. They stay crisp all over the cake. The one with Serrano ham comes with some type of dressing and cheeses that pair perfectly. The amount of Serrano ham left me to owe, but do not understand that it is little. The one with pulled pork is excellent. They come, as expected, with a vinaigrette coleslaw that is excellent. It gives it a nice crunch and the vinegar contrasts nicely with the BBQ sauce. The potatoes are rich. Not standouts. The price of the cakes is very adequate. They really are worth what they cost. The price of the combos seems a bit high to me, since the amount of potatoes is not that generous. I will definitely come back.
