La señorita que da las cotizaciones y presupuestos es muy amable, profesional y eficiente, sin embargo, los que te van a visitar para tomar medidas y cerrar la venta son personas al parecer inexistentes. Un lunes me dieron el presupuesto, me convenció, y me dijeron que el miércoles alguien me hablaría para ir a mi domicilio – nadie me habló – el jueves yo les hablé (de nuevo, listo para comprar) y me dijeron que la persona no pudo ir – y nadie tuvo la molestia de avisarme que no irían – que quizás, sin asegurarme nada, el próximo lunes alguien me llamaría. Por supuesto pasó el lunes y más de 1 semana, y nadie me habló. De nuevo, seguramente venden tanto, que hay que rogarles para que le vendan a uno, pero la verdad no me gusta rogar para comprar algo, así que me fui por otra opción. Si estás seguro de que ellos son lo que tú quieres, y estás dispuesto a esperar semanas y rogarles para que te visiten, Figar puede ser para ti, si no, es mejor buscar por otro lado donde si le den importancia al cliente. Of course it happened on Monday and more than 1 week, and nobody spoke to me. Again, they surely sell so much, that you have to beg them to sell you one, but I really don't like to beg to buy something, so I went for another option. If you are sure that they are what you want, and you are willing to wait weeks and beg them to visit you, Figar may be for you, if not, it is better to look elsewhere where they give importance to the customer.

Pero para cobrar son excelentes, hasta mandan sus empleados quedaren en la puerta hasta que reciban. Mi toldo tiene problemas y se mete agua, y ni contestar el teléfono pueden! Pésimo servicio al cliente. El señor Ezequiel habla muy bonito pero no tiene palabra! Terrible service! They do not care about the deadline and the quality of the service, they take time and stop coming without warning. But to collect they are excellent, they even send their employees to stay at the door until they receive it. My awning has problems and water gets in, and they can't even answer the phone! Terrible customer service. Mr. Ezequiel speaks very beautifully but does not have a word!
