I went for a nosebleed that did not stop, although the treatment on the first date was good, on the part of the doctor, the attention and post-consultation service was terrible. All contact has to be through the lady at the reception, which was a real mule to contact the doctor after consultation. As for the doctor, he is the first person I know who does not offer a personal telephone number to contact him in case of any doubt after the consultation, and apparently the staff is threatened to offer it. Maybe I had bad luck, and the person at the reception was in a bad mood, the problem was that I tried to contact the doctor on two different days and on more than 3 occasions and did not pass my messages. In reality it makes you feel that there is not much interest in solving the doubts or problem of the patient, and the quickest response is to offer another treatment of greater cost. In the end I went with another specialist, who was able to solve my problem, and has a good treatment. As a general fact, both the cost of the consultation and nasal cauterization with silver nitrate with Dr. José Miguel Figueroa, is above the average of other private specialists, around 20%. Without taking into account the cost, in my personal experience, the treatment received by the staff was a very bad experience and I would not recommend it. I do not doubt that other people have other opinions and experiences, but it is not too much to express one's own.
