★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención por parte de la gerente, mal manejo y control interno sí tuvieron siniestro mejor sólo llevenlo a cotizar y pidan el efectivo para que hagan las reparaciones en su taller de confianza
Terrible attention from the manager, poor management and internal control, if they had an accident, it is better to just take it to quote and ask for the cash to make the repairs in your trusted workshop.

Very bad experience with this company, I would not recommend their work and cleanliness leaves much to be desired and then many things disappear from your car and they do not ... take responsibility ... note take everything out of your car ... why they disappear .. ...

No lo lleven ahí banda enserio! Debe de haber mejores talleres
2 weeks and they are still not able to talk to me about taking the car for repair
And whenever I try to contact them it's a struggle, they don't like to answer the phone
Don't take him there gang seriously! There must be better workshops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, marque a las 9 de la mañana para ir a recoger unas piezas, me comentaron que a las 12 acudiera, llevo mas de 1 hora y media... segun ya habian llegado desde hace mas de 1 semana y media y resulta ser que les falta 1 pieza, la tienen perdida.... Entre la hora y media que estuve tambien varios clientes se quejaron que los hicieron llegar al taller segun que estaban listos sus carros y no les entregaron terminados... La gerente muy despota con sus subordinados, no es manera de tratarlos de mala manera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this shop, the Fiksit manager in charge scammed a lot of people and ran away with the money, the rest of the people in charge do not provide a solution regarding these incidents nor does the shop take responsibility of the damaged done to the vehicles.; not recommended unless you want to lose your money.
