★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, no cuenta con una señalización clara de atención a clientes y las cajas que son para personas con cuentas en el banco, también no hay buena iluminación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase en la mañana para abrir una cuenta y un seudo ejecutivo morone cabello muy corto que estaba perdiendo su tiempo en celular le pregunte si podia realisar ese tramite y me dijo que no x que la sucursal no contaba con una impresora!! Es patetico que un banco te responda asi con que confianza vas a depositar tu dinero! Ojo GERENCIA.
I passed in the morning to open an account and a pseudo executive morone very short hair that was wasting his time on cell phone I asked if he could perform that process and he told me that no x that the branch did not have a printer !! It is pathetic for a bank to respond to you so with what confidence you are going to deposit your money! Eye MANAGEMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su mapa aparecen dos sucursales de Santander, los dos con la misma dirección pero con diferente localización y ninguno de los dos coincide con el real, el que esta en el Barrio de san Miguel esta localizado afuera del metro UAM-I. Revísenlo y corrijan,además pongan el horario de atención, ahorrarían tiempo de búsqueda.
Two branches of Santander appear on its map, both with the same address but with different locations and neither of them coincides with the real one, the one in the San Miguel neighborhood is located outside the UAM-I subway. Check it and correct it, also set the business hours, it would save search time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supongo que por medidas de sanidad pusieron una mampara que cubre toda el área de cajas, por lo que ser llamado tomará mas tiempo debido a que los empleados abandonan sus cajas y se ponen a platicar o perder el tiempo, debe uno pararse ir tras la mampara y pedir ser atendido de otra forma te llamaran cuando terminen su entretenida platica, solo he acudido 2 veces a la sucursal y las 2 veces tuve la misma experiencia
I suppose that for sanitation measures they put a screen that covers the entire area of boxes, so being called will take more time because the employees leave their boxes and start talking or wasting time, one must stop going behind the screen and ask to be treated in another way, they will call you when they finish their entertaining talk, I have only gone to the branch twice and both times I had the same experience
