A mi me gritoneo, me dijo que era caprichosa y ademas de sovajarme me colgo el telefono, cuando le pedi que dejara de gritarme y me hablara con mas respeto. Todo paso solo por pedir informe de costos de procedimientos. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA VAYAN CON ESTE FULANO QUE SE DICE SER DOCTOR. The program director Dr Ismael Horta Martinez, is a RUDE and PELADO. He yelled at me, he said he was capricious and besides undermining me, he hung up the phone, when I asked him to stop yelling at me and talk to me with more respect. Everything happened just to ask for a procedure cost report. NOT RECOMMENDING FOR ANYTHING GO WITH THIS FULANO WHO SAYS TO BE A DOCTOR.
