★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de ser una oficina de gobierno en la que su primordial interés es recaudar impuestos, son pésimos, lentos y torpes realizando el cobro de los mismos, sea cual sea el trámite. Los empleados son lentos, entorpecen los trámites y juegan con el tiempo de la gente. Nada recomendable y un muy mal servicio.
Despite being a government office in which their primary interest is to collect taxes, they are terrible, slow and clumsy collecting them, whatever the procedure. Employees are slow, they get in the way of paperwork, and they play with people's time. Nothing recommended and a very bad service.

El jefe de oficina es el que revisa de primera mano la documentacion y se va a comer y sentar a su cubiculo y nos deja en espera por mas de dos horas. 3 cajas funcionando para 100 gentes. Es ridiculo. Pero bueno. Como buena oficina de gobierno del estado es una porqueria. WEBONAZOS
The attention is terrible. The office manager is the one who reviews the documentation first-hand and goes to eat and sit in his cubicle and leaves us waiting for more than two hours. 3 boxes working for 100 people. It's ridiculous. Oh well. As a good state government office it sucks. WEBONAZOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima antencion mande mi solicitud para cambio de placas, nunca me contestaron, les tuve q enviar un email y hasta entonces simplemente me contestaron con "Cita Cancelada", les pregunte la razon o si me falto algun documento o por que cancelaron la cita y nunca contestaron
Very bad attention, I sent my request to change plates, they never answered me, I had to send them an email and until then they simply answered me with "Appointment Canceled", I asked them the reason or if I was missing any document or why they canceled the appointment and never they answered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Tengo 3 días queriendo sacar una cita por teléfono (porque es la única opción viable para sacar cita en pleno 2021!) y son incapaces de responder el teléfono. Porque siguen contratando gente tan buena para nada en gobierno? No sirven, no desempeñan su labor como funcionarios.
Appalling!!! I have been wanting to make an appointment by phone for 3 days (because it is the only viable option to make an appointment in the middle of 2021!) And they are unable to answer the phone. Why do they keep hiring such good-for-nothing people in government? They do not serve, they do not carry out their work as civil servants.
