★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo iba bien, ya había concluido mi capacitación y mi examen de admisión fue de los más altos del equipo donde entre, el problema es lo inhumanos qué son y el mal manejo de la pandemia, en todo momento desde que estás ahí te hacen retirar el cubrebocas y nunca hacen examenes médicos, falte un día debido qué me enferme de una manera muy fuerte junto con varios de los chicos que entraron conmigo, afortunadamente no fue Covid pero se dio mi baja, recuerdo que nos dieron qué no podíamos faltar en los primeros 15 días pero de verdad que el malestar era terrible y mi intención fue ir al medico y llevarles la receta médica y prueba Covid pero ellos querían primero verme y estar exponiendo a todos antes de cualquier prueba médica.
Perdí tiempo y dinero y salí con muy mal sabor de boca, quizá la empresa sea buena y vi realmente qué sí le pagan bien a su gente y cumplen lo que prometen, pero deberían ser más humanos

I wasted time and money and came out with a very bad taste in my mouth, maybe the company is good and I really saw that they do pay their people well and fulfill what they promise, but they should be more human

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar, en la entrevista todo bien y el lugar parece muy exclusivo, pero una vez que estas dentro es un call center cualquiera, te dejan salir hasta las 9 pm cuando el horario termina a las 6.30 pm, los managers te gritan y hablan congroserias si no llegan a la meta del dia, no tienen medidas de salubridad por covid todos amontonados en un espacio de aprox 5 x 5 mts. En fin el peor lugar para trabajar!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buscan candidatos sin experiencia en la banca, para poderles lavar la cabeza, dice ser una casa de bolsa pero es un call center mas, no tienen regulación alguna y evaden cualquier tipo de pregunta seria acerca, de donde se invierte el dinero y los lideres son personas que no tienen ni idea de lo que es el mercado de capitales pésimas condiciones laborales sin seguro etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen llevar por la vista bonita, ya estando adentro el ambiente es horrible y súper estresante. Realmente no te dan capacitación útil y tampoco te la pagan, los manager son súper groseros e insensibles, no tienen comedor, tienes que estar todo el día parado escuchando los gritos de todos, no te puedes concentrar en tus llamadas. Realmente no considero que valga la pena.

No tienes seguro, ni prestaciones de ley, no hay área de comedor, tampoco tienen medidas de sanidad ante el covid, si llegas a enfermarte no les importa que contagies a medio mundo, tienes que ir porque tienes que ir, sino te dan de baja, y así con cualquier otra enfermedad.
Posterior suelen gritarle a los empleados frente a los demás, Inclusive al punto de humillación.
