★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen todo el mes llamándome por una persona que no soy yo, ni conozco y sus agentes de servicio no saben hacer absolutamente NADA. en una llamada me transfieren hasta 4 veces con los mismos agentes de conmutador. Dicen que ya hay un reporte pero que no pueden dejar de llamarme, a pesar de que el único dato mio es mi celular. No tengo idea de que servicios hacen, pero no responden nada.
They have the whole month calling me for a person that is not me, nor do I know and their service agents do not know how to do absolutely ANYTHING. In a call they transfer me up to 4 times with the same switch agents. They say there is already a report but they can't stop calling me, even though the only data of mine is my cell phone. I have no idea what services they do, but they don't answer anything.
