No contestan y si vas a las oficinas a solicitar estado de cuenta o cualquier otro documento, no te lo entregas, al parecer los solicitan a Monterrey, y NUNCA llega lo solicitado. Me dijeron que volviera tal Día y nada regrese después y lo mismo Nada. Me dijeron q el préstamo era por 3 años a pagar resulta q ahora salen con que esa 4, es un dineral. Son abusones e incumplidos.
Very unfulfilled. They do not answer and if you go to the offices to request a statement of account or any other document, you do not give it to yourself, apparently they request them to Monterrey, and the requested NEVER arrives. They told me to come back on such a Day and nothing would come back later and the same Nothing. They told me that the loan was for 3 years to pay, it turns out that now they come out with that 4, it is a fortune. They are bullies and unfulfilled.
