Cuenta con servicio de valet parking, todo muy lindo.

No respetaron lo que nos ofrecieron.
El papel del baño se terminó y no surtieron, igualmente los baños se quedaron sin agua y se encontraban en malas condiciones.
A los invitados los dejaron entrar 30 minutos después de la hora acordada.
La administradora no permitía que fluyera el evento, entorpecía bastante a los demás y NO quería hacer las cosas como se le pidieron, cambio muchas cosas conforme la marcha.
Los meseros no estaban bien comandados.
La comida estaba falta de sal y algunos platillos fríos.
No recomiendo nada este salón si pueden hacer su evento en otro lugar, mucho mejor.
Very bad service and organization.
They did not respect what they offered us.
The toilet paper ran out and they did not fill, also the bathrooms ran out of water and were in poor condition.
The guests were allowed in 30 minutes after the agreed time.
The administrator did not allow the event to flow, it hindered the others a lot and did NOT want to do things as they were asked, she changed many things as she went.
The waiters were not well commanded.
The food was lacking in salt and some cold dishes.
I do not recommend this room if you can do your event in another place, much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es exelente, el animador muy bueno, la dueña muy buena persona, pero la administradora anterior era muy distraída y poco atenta. Pero cuando conocimos en persona a la dueña fue totalmente diferente. Espero que con la nueva administración mejore el servicio.
The place is excellent, the entertainer very good, the owner a very good person, but the previous administrator was very distracted and inattentive. But when we met the owner in person it was totally different. I hope that with the new administration the service improves.
