The service is spectacular, very friendly at the welcome, the room super cozy. The only bad thing is that the bathroom is very small from there on the outside, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar , relación precio , ya que solo lo usamos para dormir y bañarnos pues en el día salíamos a conocer , está solo a 10 min por mucho de Real del Monte y como 40 min de real del chico , los encargados son personas muy amables y tranquilas , al ser la finca pequeña está limpia y ordenada, talvez podrían incluir algún servicio de desayuno ya que no hay nada cercano como restaurantes o así , pero todo muy bien bien!! Se los recomiendo si van en plan viajero
Good place, price ratio, since we only use it for sleeping and bathing because in the day we went out to meet, it is only 10 minutes away from Real del Monte and about 40 minutes from the boy's real, the people in charge are very friendly people and Quiet, being the small farm is clean and tidy, maybe they could include some breakfast service since there is nothing nearby like restaurants or so, but all very well! I recommend them if they are traveling

El lugar no tiene recepción por lo que no hay un encargado.
Nunca conocí a la persona con la que hice la reservación, todo lo hice WhatsApp y cuando llegue al lugar tuve que esperar 30 minutos (a pesar de que avise cuando salí de Pachuca rumbo a la Finca) para que me abrieran.
Llegó un señor abrió el zaguán para que entrara el automóvil, posteriormente abrió la habitación dejó las llaves pegadas, dijo que era todo y se fue. Todo el tiempo estuvo hablando por celular.
La habitación está limpia, amplia y tiene una hermosa vista a la ciudad de Pachuca.
Cuando quise dejar la habitación tuve que buscar a alguien a quien entregar .
A strange concept of hosting service.
The place has no reception so there is no manager.
I never met the person with whom I made the reservation, I did everything WhatsApp and when I arrived at the place I had to wait 30 minutes (although I warned when I left Pachuca towards the Finca) to be opened.
A man arrived, opened the hall for the car to enter, then opened the room, left the keys stuck, said it was all and left. He was talking on the cell phone all the time.
The room is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the city of Pachuca.
When I wanted to leave the room I had to find someone to hand over.
