Terrible attention to book, you have to be chasing them. By WhatsApp they let you see and despite having confirmed the reservation by phone they never sent the data to make the payment. They are not the only hotel to be begging for answers

Solo como observación la alberca estaba un poco fría esta última visita. Y el jacuzzi faltó un poco de limpieza pero todo lo demás muy bien.
It is a really beautiful place to rest and relax, I love it! The attention they have, how they receive you is a plus, they are all a love of person, it is 100% worth staying with them.
Just as an observation the pool was a bit cold this last visit. And the jacuzzi lacked a bit of cleaning but everything else very well.
