Great views. Nice tour guide (spanish only). Alright coffee. Pretty small place, they had enough plants to show what a coffee plantation would look like and a little room full of machinery and pictures.

The location is great. But the experience is unsatisfactory. First, the rooms are ok, but lack attention to detail. Second, the food is pretty unspectacular. Chilaquiles had a sauce that can hardly be called Mexican. Finally, the restaurant doesnt open at night for supper. We are talking about a place to stay that is far away from town...and they just close the kitchen and expect to fend for your self. One more thing, they leave the dog at night tied to a tree without any water or food. Pretty cruel.

Location is amazing. My family and I arrived just as the rains started. The view from the cabins is mesmerizing to say the least. Rosario was helpful and nice to deal with. Her staff was courteous and nice to deal with. Food was fine. Traditional Oaxaca cuisine. The kitchen closed at 6:00 pm. It rained in the evening. From the cabin glass front entrance, I enjoyed the lighting from distant thunderstorms on the coast. Our cabin had a leaky ceiling in the restroom. The place is definitely rustic and the owners way of keeping order of reservations is chaotic. I reserved in January and paid a deposit through an OXXO "peso" gram. I called a day before we arrived from Oaxaca city. At first he told me over the phone that he had no record of our reservation. After giving him a lengthy explanation he then had recall. Once we got there he had us for only one night when it was supposed to be for two. The he charged us the wrong rate. Long story short we were fortunate that he had low ocupantes. If not we would have had no where to stay the second night. He gave no receipt for the stay. But he made sure that we signed hotel ledger. He could run the place more efficient. However I see him set in his ways. Great scenery, rich place with flora and fauna. If your passing through and they have vacancies you should have a pleasant experience. However if you reserve ahead of time of your stay just make sure you document all correspondence with the Finca.

It was the worst experience we had in Mexico. We planned to stay 2 nights, but we decided to leave after the first one. The spot itself is really nice, but staff is terrible and the atmosphere is so weird. There was a private wedding when we arrived, and we felt really unwelcomed. The music was very loud, and we expected a more relaxing night given the fact that it is really in the middle of nowhere. Communication was really hard as we don't speak spanish really well and staff was not in the mood for help, clearly laughing at us. Go your way, there are so many better options, especially for this price !

Nice place with nice view. Rooms are simple, but with nice view. We were however very surprised when at 6:30pm we notice that the kitchen was closed and we had absolutely any option to eat something for dinner. Especially considering that the farm is not on the main road and there is nothing around to buy food. Very disappointing experience. Also, the temescal was not available, and bathrooms by the pool had no toilet paper. You have a nice place, but need to improve the service.

I'm sorry i have to say this but to my amaizment the coffee they made was horrible..

Oh my gosh the view! Que romantico. You won't find any place like this. Minutes from a local coffee plantation with tours.
