Le mueven el control y dicen que ya está bajando la temperatura. Lo cual NUNCA SUCEDE. Las paredes y losas del bungalow están totalmente CUARTEADOS. Esto es lo más peligroso del lugar. Aunque colocaron una placa donde indica que existe convenio con la secretaría de protección civil de Cuernavaca. Yo estoy segura que nunca han visitado la finca Watering cans without hot water. Las camas duras, la puerta del baño no cerraba. La ubicación es complicada . La alberca está bien pero le falta tratamiento y temperatura cálida. Tuvimos que llegar a limpiar y desinfectar cocina y baños. La parrilla a pesar de tener 6 hornillas solo funcionaban 2. El refrigerador sucio etc. Algunas veces el agua en los baños o cocina salia mugrosa. La mesa del comedor se movía como hamaca. A pesar de que dijeron que el agua de la alberca iba a estar caliente estaba helada. Imposible meterse. Ya no pudimos salirnos. No teníamos a donde más ir. Sin embargo las instalaciones están algo descuidadas (baños con fugas, olor a coladera, aires acondicionados que no funcionan bien, etc..), la distribución de los cuartos no es la mejor ya que por ejemplo en al menos dos de ellos para pasar al baño, hay que pasar por otro cuarto, lo cual es molesto para las personas. Las personas que ayudan con los servicios de limpieza y comida en general son amables, pero creo que podrían ser mucho más atentos y eficientes (por ejemplo, cerca de la alberca había heces del perro de la finca, las cuales terminé recogiendo yo, por qué nunca las levantaron) Creo que lo peor de todo fueron las bombas hidroneumáticas que se encienden cada 10 minutos aún cuando nadie esté usando los baños (3am), obviamente esto no dejo dormir a nadie la primer noche, y si no es por qué yo les pedí que a la siguiente noche las apagaran a las personas de la casa, la segunda noche hubiera sido la misma historia.
