Una pena que hayamos reservado con anticipación para un fin de semana, nos hayan dicho el menú que habría, la hora a la que estarían sirviéndolo y que habría un equipo de trabajo para atendernos, y nada de eso haya sido verdad. Cuando llegamos (unos 10 minutos antes), no había comida, no había llegado nadie del personal, los cuartos estaban sucios, las camas sin hacer, la persona que estaba no nos pudo ofrecer nada en la espera y no nos supieron dar alguna explicación. Encima de todo, no nos hicieron el reembolso completo, diciéndonos que quién había hecho la reservación había cancelado. Yo trabajo en una empresa de servicios y entiendo perfecto qué hay imprevistos, y no estaría escribiendo esta reseña si hubiéramos recibido una explicación y el reembolso correspondiente. Me encantaría recomendar este lindo lugar, pero hasta que no vea que se busca mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, no podré cambiar mi rating. Si quieres quedarte aquí, te puede ir excelente, pero si hay algún imprevisto, no tengas la seguridad de que sabrán resolverlo. It is a very nice place. A pity that we have booked in advance for a weekend, they have told us the menu that there would be, the time at which they would be serving it and that there would be a work team to serve us, and none of that was true. When we arrived (about 10 minutes before), there was no food, no one from the staff had arrived, the rooms were dirty, the beds were not made, the person who was there could not offer us anything while waiting and they did not know how to give us any explanation. On top of it all, they didn't give us a full refund, telling us that whoever made the reservation had canceled. I work in a service company and I understand perfectly what is unforeseen, and I would not be writing this review if we had received an explanation and the corresponding refund. I would love to recommend this nice place, but until I see that they are looking to improve customer satisfaction, I will not be able to change my rating. If you want to stay here, it can be excellent, but if there is something unforeseen, do not be sure that they will know how to solve it.
