★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed as part of a soft opening and fell in love with this hidden gem. Can’t wait to see it fully operational. Amazing coffee grown, toasted and brewed on site. Incredible orchids, plants, flowers, fruit trees and so much lush greenery. Good food, comfortable rooms, attentive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a special place. Gorgeous grounds, nice architecture, and a blissful cloud forest environment. Service was outstanding. This is the perfect place to get away for a night or two.
The place is nested fairly deep in the countryside outside of Xalapa and Coatepec. Access is via a one-lane country road. Zero traffic, zero city noise.
They have a full service restaurant that operates from 8am to 8pm, which offers lots of food raised on the same property. The trout were a highlight.
