El primer día solo vino el dueño a entregar la casa y sin más detalles se fue y dejó a una señora la cual hasta el último día nos dijo que era de la limpieza, todo estaba super bien aparentemente un poco deteriorada la casa pero aún eso era pasable, posteriormente en el transcurso del día nos percatamos de un charco de agua cerca de una de las habitaciones la cual no le dimos mucha importancia ya que pensamos que se le pudo haber pasado al personal de limpieza secar en el transcurso de la tarde al entrar la habitación ya tenía un mega charco lo cual fuimos a informar a la persona en ese momento encargada y simplemente nos ignoro diciendo que ese no era su problema y que ella no tenía porque limpiar, esto nos molesto ya que se está pagando por un servicio y para no pelear le pedimos un jalador lo cual no tenia y nos presto una escoba lo limpiamos como pudimos y tratamos de seguir pasándola bien ya que a eso se supone fuimos. Para no hacerlo tan largo esto En primer lugar NO TE REGRESAN AL ? TÚ DEPOSITÓ ya que tienes que soltar cierta cantidad para la señora de la limpieza la cual hace presencia en la casa hasta que te vas solo para darte esta informaciónl, si te niegas a dar el dinero te los descuenta de tu deposito ya que son ordenes del dueño. En segundo lugar existe una cama de agua la cual viene incluida en la casa y lo digo porque la fuga de agua ? hace un charco tan grande que llega a una de las camas que está en el piso. En tercer lugar pista de hielo, así es ya que te das unos resbalones y sentones al ingresar a la casa con el mosaico además de que con el agua que sale de la fuga del baño cada ves que vas de una de las dos habitaciones hacia el baño porque uno de los baños es compartido, 2 sobrinos se calleron y lastimaron y ni así le importo ir a la señora avisar o llamar de este problema con el dueño de la casa. En cuarto lugar FUGA DE GAS!! tuvimos que hacerla de plomeros para no morir intoxicados por la noche. Cabe destacar que la casa está super escondida no cuenta con cortinas en las habitaciones, la piscina no la limpian hasta que te vayas,ya que no es el trabajo de la persona que según es la del aseo, no cuenta con luz nocturna. No cuenta con la protección del brincolin, no cuenta con algún tapete para la entrada y así evitar las caídas en el piso de mosaico al entrar en las habitaciones. No entiendo como se atreven a darle el nombre de "OASIS" cuando es una pesadilla creo que para lo que cobran deberían darle más arreglos a la casa y a las camas ya que rechinan horrible apena pones solo la mano y rechinar por todas partes aparte de que se mueven horrible. La señora del aseo hace saberlo hasta que te vayas ya que limpiaste, lávaste los trastes recojiste la basura y todavía la señora se enoja de que le pides las cosas para la limpieza que lo único que tenía era una escoba y un mechido el jabón y todo lo demás lo tienes que comprar si quieres sobrevivir durante varios días en la casa y no porque quieras si no porque ya pagaste. Mi enfado realmente no es el dinero,simplemente es el trato ya que la señora se puso super pesada y el dueño nunca contestó para resolver lo que nos quitaron pues el cobro del aseo te lo dicen al final y la señora se argumenta diciendo que esque no es su culpa y lo entendemos, pero porque no lo ponen en la publicación aparte de que le ahorramos el trabajo ya que dejamos todo bien y limpio. A y no se dejen engañar con el cobro del triangulo para acomodar las bolas de billar ya que te lo entregan así y solo esta pegado y si lo despega lo rompiste tú . Nos recibieron con una alberca de aguas turbias y el dueño no fue accesible para solucionar este problema. La agencia fue quien finalmente nos resolvió el problema. Dejas un depósito en efectivo y sin avisar a la hora de la salida sólo te dan una parte de este. Hay digas y goteras dentro de la casa, y también cuentan con fugas de gas en la estufa. El trampolín no cuenta con la protección de las fotos.
