★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente mil disculpas sus cabañas están un poco subidas de precios para el salón sus baños son una cosa que deberían de tener milgitorios casi me orinó en el lavabo tener tazas de WC minino 3 sus meseros contratados pecimo servicio y no deben de permitir los fuegos pirotécnicos dentro del salón éso es muy peligrosos respeto las tradiciones pero mi esposa perdió su ojo por esas porquerías de luces llamadas coronas y los cuetes no se vale ser tan inresponsables pueden dejar algún niño o adulto ciego sobre la comida es algo muy desagradable todo muy frío
Really, a thousand apologies, your cabins are a little overpriced for the living room, your bathrooms are something that they should have, I almost urinated in the sink, they have toilet bowls, 3, their hired waiters, terrible service, and they should not allow fireworks inside of the salon that is very dangerous I respect the traditions but my wife lost her eye because of those filthy lights called crowns and fireworks it is not worth being so irresponsible they can leave a child or adult blind to the food it is something very unpleasant everything is very cold

Desde que entramos nos buscamos solos una mesa ya que nadie nos recibió, al pedir nuestra comida pensé que buena memoria debe tener el chico pues no apunto nada y en efecto se les olvidó lo que había pedido como entrada. Ya cuando había terminado de comer me llevaban dicho platillo y el encargado de ese alimento que había pedido dijo "que a él no le habían pasado la orden".
También me tocó la experiencia que una vez me llevaron los alimentos nadie se paro ni de causalidad en toda la estancia a ver si algo nos faltaba o queríamos ordenar más, lo que también me pareció muy negativo ya que también queríamos ordenar más bebidas.
El personal no tiene una actitud de servicio y gusto de recibirte. Al contrario me sentí incómodo cómo si les molestara que es tuviéramos ahí o como si odiaran su trabajo.
Al retirarnos lo mismo nadie nos abordó a agradecer la visita e invitarnos a volver salimos como si nada igual que como entramos.
Ahora la comida, unas enchiladas verdes tan más insípidas, la zopa azteca sí estaba pasable. Pedí mariscos antes de esos platillos pero que No tenían.
NO reciben pagos con tarjeta lo cual me parece pésimo a estás alturas de la vida.
No regresaría ni recomendaría dicho lugar.
I received bad service. From the moment we entered we looked for ourselves a table since no one received us, when ordering our food I thought that the boy must have a good memory because he did not write anything down and in fact they forgot what he had asked for as entrance. When I had finished eating, they brought me that dish and the person in charge of that food that I had ordered said "that they had not passed the order to him."
I was also touched by the experience that once the food was brought to me, no one stopped or by accident throughout the stay to see if something was missing or we wanted to order more, which I also found to be very negative since we also wanted to order more drinks.
The staff does not have an attitude of service and pleasure to receive you. On the contrary, I felt uncomfortable as if it bothered them that it is we had there or as if they hated their work.
When we left the same, nobody approached us to thank us for the visit and invite us to return, we left as if nothing was the same as we entered.
Now the food, such more insipid green enchiladas, the Aztec zopa itself was passable. I ordered seafood before those dishes but they did not have.
They do NOT receive card payments which I find lousy at this point in life.
I would not return or recommend such a place.
