★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunado y lamentable! Hicimos reservación, nos recibieron. Nos dijeron que no tenían registrado nada y la oferta de recorrido y cata programada 9:30, no la cumplieron. Viajar de tan lejos para nada. Lo peor del asunto es que no nos resolvieron. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Unfortunate and unfortunate! We made a reservation, they welcomed us. They told us that they had not registered anything and the offer of tour and tasting scheduled 9:30, they did not fulfill it. Te dan un recorrido súper interesante por la finca, mientras te explican todo el proceso desde los cafetales de la familia hasta finalizar con la cata de tipos de café.
Cuentan chin venta de productos y recuerdos de la finca.
Excelente atención por parte de los guías y el lugar es hermoso.

They give you a super interesting tour of the farm, while they explain the whole process from the coffee plantations of the family to the end of the tasting of coffee types.
They count chin selling products and souvenirs of the farm.
Excellent attention from the guides and the place is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, reservamos la primera hora, pero llegamos 15 minutos tarde, y el personal muy atentos nos apoyaron con la visita guiada (gracias Carlos e Irán), ahora entiendo porque el precio del café, y lo que hay atrás de una taza de café, recomendable para introducirte al mundo del café.
