★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la Finca de Atoyac (detrás de Torre Mayor) el servicio es muy malo, el personal es grosero, no tienen conocimiento de servicio al cliente, sumado a que nunca tienen vaso chico, solo mediano y grande, si quieren vender más hay estrategias (empezando por su servicio) y no forzando al cliente a consumir un producto más caro. Es lamentable porque siempre prefiero comprar en empresas 100% mexicanas, pero nos falta aprender mucho de atención al cliente, por eso la gente preferimos muchas veces Starbucks!
In the Finca de Atoyac (behind Torre Mayor) the service is very bad, the staff is rude, they have no knowledge of customer service, in addition to never having small glass, only medium and large, if they want to sell more there are strategies ( starting with your service) and not forcing the customer to consume a more expensive product. It's unfortunate because I always prefer to buy in 100% Mexican companies, but we still need to learn a lot from customer service, which is why people prefer Starbucks many times!
