★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida y productos me encantan, pero el mal servicio le gana a todo eso. Todos sus empleados de sucursal Plaza Inn, sin excepción, son super groseros y apáticos. Estás en el mostrador y hacen como que no existes, hacen todo de mala gana y son muy muy groseros. Ojalá puedan capacitarlos en atención a cliente, porque los productos son muy buenos y pierden clientes por las groserías que uno recibe cuando van a consumir. Yo trabajo en la plaza, iba diario a comprar café y a comer, hasta que ya me hartó el siempre recibir malos tratos.
I love food and products, but bad service beats all that. All employees of the Plaza Inn branch, without exception, are super rude and apathetic. You are at the counter and they pretend you don't exist, they do everything reluctantly and they are very very rude. Hopefully they can train them in customer service, because the products are very good and lose customers because of the rudeness that one receives when they are going to consume. I work in the square, I went to buy coffee and eat every day, until I was tired of always being mistreated.
