★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great tour. It starts out with a delicious breakfast, and then the guides take you up into the coffee plantation. They explain both the process and cycle of planting the seeds through harvesting and drying. The guides speak in Spanish, but there's an interpreter who speaks excellent English. At the end of the tour they also describe the history of chocolate and demonstrate how to harvest and process chocolate. This includes a tasting of hot chocolate made from beans grown on the plantation.
