★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el servicio de soporte. Seguir las indicaciones, y ahí esta nuevamente funcionando al App después de aproximadamente 8 meses de que había fallado la conexión a la entidad bancaria.
 Excellent support service. Follow the instructions, and the App is working there again after approximately 8 months after the connection to the bank had failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fintonic es bacan :) facil de usar y puede volverse obsesivo llevar tanto registro de gastos. Pero funciona para ahorrar mes a mes
(le quito una estrella pq al principo con el Banco Bice (chile) tenia problemas, pero era un tema de ese banco no de fintonic)
Fintonic is cool :) easy to use and it can become obsessive to keep track of expenses. But it works to save month to month
(I took a star away because at the beginning with Banco Bice (Chile) I had problems, but it was an issue of that bank, not fintonic)

Puedes personalizar y monitorizar cada movimiento realizado y tener un control en tu efectivo, en lo personal le falta que tengan más entidades financieras y que expliquen cómo funciona la sección de los gastos programados y que sea más visual el resumen en general!
A very complete application! You can customize and monitor each movement made and have control over your cash. Personally, they need to have more financial institutions and explain how the scheduled expenses section works and the summary in general to be more visual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buena app para llevar el control de los gastos, se agradece la opción para descargar los movimientos en excel y dividir un movimiento en categorías diferentes. Cosas que añadiría: Crear categorías, mostrar los saldos de créditos de nómina e hipotecarios relacionados a las cuentas, poder añadir movimientos de efectivo sin tener que desplazarte hasta la cuenta de efectivo. El banco Banorte tiene muchos problemas de conexión, dura hasta 20 días sin poderse conectar.
It is a very good app to keep track of expenses, the option to download movements in excel and divide a movement into different categories is appreciated. Things I would add: Create categories, show payroll and mortgage loan balances related to accounts, be able to add cash movements without having to go to the cash account. The Banorte bank has many connection problems, it lasts up to 20 days without being able to connect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mala experiencia , me aprobaron un prestamo incluso me mandaron un contrato para firmar para depositarme el prestamo alguien cometio un error y apuntaron mi numero de cuenta mal ahora me mandan un email deciendo que no pueden validar mi CUENTA Y QUE DEBO MANDARLES MIS ESTADOS DE CUENTA Y MAS INFORMACION se supone que esa informacion ya la tienes yo manejo las finazas de mi cuenta de banco en la app de fintonic.. es muy frustrante ya que por primera vez confio en una app de prestamos en linea y tengo esta mala experiencia :(
Bad experience, I was approved for a loan, they even sent me a contract to sign to deposit the loan, someone made a mistake and they wrote down my account number wrong, now they send me an email saying that they cannot validate my ACCOUNT AND THAT I SHOULD SEND THEM MY ACCOUNT STATEMENTS AND MORE INFORMATION It is assumed that you already have that information, I manage the finances of my bank account in the fintonic app... it is very frustrating since for the first time I trust an online loan app and I have this bad experience :(

Ver el detalle mensual, anual te ayuda mucho... lo que no se puede medir no se puede mejorar!
Con el soporte lo he usado 3 veces y siempre muy bien.

Seeing the monthly, annual detail helps you a lot... what cannot be measured cannot be improved!
With the support I have used it 3 times and always very well.

It would be nice that Fintonic stops advertising institutions that they are not supporting.
