★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the other day a couple rented a penthouse and the wooden balcony fell from beneath their feet and the owner didnt even show his face or pay for the hospital bill. It is known also the local drug dealers spend a lot up time at this place selling crystal meth and cocaine. I myself got food poisoning eating there. Dangerous place to go to all around. Might come off as a pretty place but it is in terrible conditions structurally. Accident waiting to happen. If your foolish enough to stay here at least dont go on the wooden balconies. Cherish your life the coupke got out with just medium injuries. You night just not make it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option to stay, beautiful ocean view. Nice apartments but not suitable for wheelchair and handicapped people. No elevator and ramp of parking is wauful for regular sedan cars. Think twice if you have wheelchair and ask for 101. I will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the Quetzal penthouse and couldn't have been happier. The reservation process through Sayulita Life was easy, the room was very affordable, and the staff was extremely helpful. They even assisted in carrying stuff up the stairs. The pictures didn't do the place justice - much better in person. Would be happy to stay again in the future! Location was easy into town by foot or golf cart and very close to beach access. Quiet enough to hear the surf at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing. In such a beautiful position with amazing views. Lots of stairs though so need to be physically fit if you are staying in the upper apartments, no lift and we were here dead in the middle of summer, needed the fitness so not complaining. Would live here if I could. Spacious apartment. Pool is amazing. Staff were great. Can’t wait to be back here.
