Terrible service. They did not respect our reservation, nor did they warn us. We had to find another last minute service, wasting time and money from our trip. Choose a local company, they will give you a better service, honest and respectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental company ever. Reservation through thrifty. Sign says firefly as well as thrifty at the address I was sent to. Apparently reservation doesn't translate in Spanish. Was charged 3 times per day my reservation cost and had to take it because of already booked hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be a ‘zero’ rating for this place. It’s a total scam office. We spent an hour reserving a car and making sure the insurance etc is right. The next morning the guy said he didn’t have the car we agreed. Total time-wasters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them a zero if possible. This place is a complete scam!! I reserved and prepaid for a car, upon arrival they didn’t have a car available after much arguing they “found” a car, but proceeded to tell me that I had to pay more than 4 times the rate I had prepaid for insurance coverage and it was mandatory unless I allowed for the full price of the car to be charged to my credit card as a deposit...the nightmare continued as I was stuck and need a rental on a holiday weekend. All discussions were done in Spanish so there were NO language barriers or miscommunications, they are just in the business to rip people off!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to rent car but it has been my worst experience ever. The guy lied on purpose about the gaz tank. On the board it wrote something but they do say another amont on your contract and another one when you finally pay. Mine was 200$ more than expected because I used a debit card to pay. Do not go there if you want people that are capable of doing their job. Not even polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you stop by Firefly, expect the store to look like this. Open sign, but no one here. We had a horrible experience renting our car (she tried to sell us insurance for double the daily rate we were paying for 90% coverage) or put down 220,000 pesos if we elected to go without insurance. Obviously, she changed the price to something more reasonable. Now, we are back to return the car and we’ve been waiting for TWO HOURS for her to get here. We called the customer service line and was told she would be back in 10-20 mins...an hour ago. Horrible place, unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
