Pésimo !! No lo recomiendo!! Alquilamos x despegar desde argentina cuando llegamos al aeropuerto no hay nadie que te atienda la oficina no está ahí! Y se te acerca gente falsa diciendo mentiras! Despegar ya nos había cobrado parte del alquiler que ahora deberemos reclamar !! Un desastre

El auto nuevo fácil de rentar pero a la hora de devolver día extra me cobraron 50% mas 50US$ de impuestos y no te quieren devolver el cupón echo manual en blanco. Salió más de lo pensado pero me re sirvió el auto

Un desastre! Elegí una tarifa en Arguscarhire, la pagué con seguro contra terceros. Y al llegar al lugar te piden un depósito de u$s 9000 (el valor del auto) todo para pagar el valor del seguro contra todo riesgo (que yo ya lo tenía proveído por Visa) y de los u$s 125 que había contratado me querían cobrar u$s 800 por el mismo auto. Horrible experiencia, con mí hija de un año bajo el sol llorando, saliendo a buscar a las apuradas otra empresa, espero que alguien tome cartas sobre estos estafadores .

They cloned my credit card. That was the most horrible thing that happened to me by renting a car with this scoundrels rats. Also, they don't respect the prizes showed in their webpage. The most horrible thing it's that this stupid company it's recommended by AEROMEXICO. Please rent with another company like ERUOPCAR.

They gave me a car without any gas first of all during my rental period. Then when I drove out of firefly I realized the airbag wasn’t working and the car made a beeping sound the whole time. When I returned the car I asked the Sales Exec Marco Leyva if he could waive off a 30usd upgrade for the inconvenience and he said I shouldve reported the car on the first day even though I showed him a video on my phone with the issue dated on the day the car was rented.

Typical bad car rental. We booked a car for 1 week. At check in they forced us to pay an extra 150usd for an insurance we did not need/want: - 1st lying to us by saying it was mandatory (it’s not) - then saying we can cancel the reservation if we don’t want the insurance but they won’t let us go with the car (and end walking 400kms to Bacalar I guess...) I rent cars 40/50 times per year all around the world and it’s the worse experience I ever got.

We rented the car from Playa Del Carmen to return to the Cancun airport. (The sales agents are dishonest and try to scam you out of more money. They don't give you the actual price, they try to get more than the actual rate.) The is no signage or direction towards the car rental places least of all this one. The workers are very slow and not too friendly. The only good thing is the shuttle to your terminal after bringing the car back.

Overall, good experience. When I rented the car though I had to put down an extra deposit. Also, I had to get insurance for it. If I didn't, they were going to put a hold on my card for 5,000 dollars, which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up getting the cheapest insurance. The car was in excellent condition. Just make sure you return it with the same gas level as when they gave it to you.
