Solo que necesitan hablar con el cliente cuando el auto requiere arreglo o piezas que se salen del presupuesto, esto con el fin de que la cuenta no te tome por sorpresa y cuando va a tomar más horas de lo previsto, de igual forma necesitan avisar al cliente para no llegar al lugar y darte cuenta que va a demorar dos horas más de lo pactado y no poder agustar tus actividades.
