Contraté con ellos mi póliza jurídica y me dieron una atención muy puntual, me explicaron todos sus productos y me ayudaron a saber cuál era el que más convenía a mis intereses. Nunca he tenido más dolores de cabeza desde que contraté a Firmante. Ahora tengo una renta segura.
 Signatory is a very serious company in giving legal lease coverage. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace dos años contraté dos coberturas de arrendamiento con Firmante. El primer año fue muy útil porque mi inquilino se había retrasado en el pago de dos rentas. Llamé a Firmante me solucionaron todo de manera muy eficiente. Y, este año lo acabo de utilizar ante los sucesos del 19 de septiembre. Afortunadamente no fue nada severo espero, apliqué mi póliza de responsabilidad civil. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Todo salió muy bien y su respuesta fue asertiva y muy profesional.

Sus ejecutivos son asesores con mucha experiencia y te ayudan a hacer un contrato de arrendamiento mucho más inteligente. Siempre son muy formales en las citas y en los compromisos que hacen con nosotros. Además, dejan todo tan claro que cuando tienes algún detalle con el inquilino, inmediatamente te dan asesoría y soporte. Realmente me ha quitado muchos problemas. Los recomiendo ampliamente para temas de pólizas jurídicas de arrendamiento.
My experience of hiring legal policies for 3 years has been very rewarding. Its executives are experienced advisors and help you make a much smarter lease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor, tengan mucho cuidado con esta empresa. Firmante no hace lo que promete. No investigó a la persona que firmó la póliza jurídica. Resultó ser un criminal. Ahora no se quieren hacer cargo de los gastos y procesos legales. Le han dado una larga de más de 6 meses a algo que debieron de haber resuelto inmediatamente.
Los abogados NO CONTESTAN LLAMADAS NI MENSAJES. Cometen errores básicos. Ha sido una pesadilla haberme topado con ellos.
POR EL BIEN DE SU PATRIMONIO, NO CONTRATEN A ESTA EMPRESA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa poco profesional con una bola de incompetentes a cargo de las operaciones. Sólo respaldan a los arrendadores. Nos hablaron para intentar cobrarnos una penalidad sin primero checar el contrato y resultó que no tenían por qué llamarnos. No sólo eso, mandaron un contrato diferente al que firmamos tratando de manipularnos y justificar la penalidad. La verdad de las experiencias más decepcionantes que he vivido en décadas de rentar. Al Lic. Adrián Mezquita le falta la conciencia de primero leer un contrato antes de hacer una llamada acusatoria y la “encargada” Michelle Zurroza una persona sumamente desagradable y sin la capacidad de entrenar bien a sus trabajadores ni de poder leer un contrato antes de intentar tomar acciones graves.
TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO PORQUE ESTA EMPRESA NO HACE BIEN LAS COSAS
