No se quien sea el encargado pero espero mejor profesionalismo por parte de la empresa ya que no es grato estar revisando el trabajo y ver errores consecutivos que realizan la gente de cobranza, ademas del hecho que no escuchan claramente nuestros comentarios y peticiones.
