Nothing recommended, I lost all my money just because they ask me for a document that I do not have, it is not in the cadastre, nor in the public registry of the property, it simply does not exist. First they tell you that the advance is 100% refundable, but they do not tell you that only the first 5 days, I spent those 5 days looking for a document that does not exist. They say they don't check your past, but it's the first thing they do, check your bureau. There are indeed channels to resolve any situation, I tried it through the executive and by email and the only thing they resolved was that they would not return my money. 1 customer more dissatisfied (do they count them too?), Better get my credit with the bank fast and without problems. My recommendation is that if you are going to take out a credit do not do it with FIRMAUTO since they ask you for money in advance and there is no guarantee that they will return it if your credit is not approved, at least in the bank if they do not approve it you do not lose nothing.
