★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agrada este lugar, además de recibir una pésima atención, el establecimiento luce sucio, los productos de la estantería tienen polvo y en general no lo recomiendo si vas a comprar algún producto de segunda mano, en cuanto a la experiencia de empeño no tengo ninguna queja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay gran variedad de productos, y los que se ofrecen a la venta son bastante caros. Otro punto importante es la limpieza al Interior del establecimiento, está sucio, con polvo en los productos exhibidos.
Recomiendo acudir a otra sucursal, la cual está a unos metros de la misma Plaza Tepozan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con las personas que dicen que a esta sucursal le falta una buena limpieza, ya que los anaqueles se encuentran muy polvosos. Fuera de eso si lo que buscan es comprar artículos baratos y funcionales este lugar es muy buena opción. Como servicio de empeño no puedo opinar puesto que no he utilizado tal servicio.
Por cierto que cuentan con apartado de productos con un 10% del valor del bien y con plazo para liquidarlo desde 90 días.
