★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion ademas de esto ellos extraen partes de los artículos que yo he empeñado partes que no he podido conseguir abusando de la gente mayor que no sabe como revisar lo que entregamos ahi, son una bola de rateros al devolvernos un articulo incompleto cuando se les entrega un articulo con todas sus partes y piezas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te esconden el IFE o INE, para que?, no lo se, estuve reclamando como 5 minutos hasta que yo mismo la encontré dentro de un hueco en la pared que al parecer la única gorda que trabaja alli, la dejò solo para divertirse, en eses lapso de 15 minutos que estuve alli habia otras dos IFE que tenían "perdidas" una de ellas me la querian dar, como para que? y entre ellos se cubren porque solo se quedaban viendo entre ellos cuando la encontré dentro del área en donde uno como cliente no tiene acceso solo de vista y eso fue lo que me ayudo, si no, no me la hubieran entregado, decían que ellos no la tenían, que yo no se la entregué, aparte valúan las cosas muy por debajo de otras casas de empeño la que es buena es monte pío.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empeñe mi xbox, al desempeñarlo me lo dan repleto de cucarachas, solo argumentando que no podían hacer nada, a que nivel de infestación tienen que estar como para que las cucarachas se metan a los aparatos, y la tipa que me atendía , aparte de despota, toda nerviosa solo trataba de aventar las cucarachas al suelo. Y obvio se pusieron al pedo cuando trate de tomar foto. Un asco de lugar, busquen otro lugar para empeñar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala, el domingo pasado fui a comprar un reloj y un celular, el punto fue que como a las 4 de la tarde había poca gente y un gordo tatuado que atiende ahí y el de seguridad que estaba me trataron mal, me insultaron y sin gente, ya que estaba dando preferencia a un conocido de ellos y estaban ignorando a otras 2 personas que estaban buscando atención, que terrible que haya gente tan despreciable que piense que por dan un servicio puedan insultarte y ensima de ello burlarse, terrible que los negocios pongan en sus manos a gente tan déspota que no se da cuenta que están dando u. Servicio, y que el cliente es primero pero en fin, a los dueños de first cash espero que pongan atención a quien tenga la supervisó de sus tiendas!!!
