Los productos a la venta están algo caros a comparación de lo que prestan al empeñar. Cuando vayas lleva la idea de que para hacer cualquier tipo de movimiento te llevará por lo menos una hora. A mí en particular me han perdido 2 apartados y no fueron honestos desde el principio, incluso la empleada que me atendió ya no quiso ni salir de su bodeguita. Los procesos en general son buenos, pero el personal está enfermo de apatía y pésima actitud. En cuanto al olor supongo que es por el aire acondicionado que tienen, deben mejorar mucho esa baja calidad en el ambiente que se siente. Sólo ve a empeñar si te urge dinero, sabiendo que te va a llevar algo de tiempo para que te atiendan y que vas a malbaratar tu artículo. Rara vez se pueden encontrar buenos precios ya que esos artículos usados y deteriorados te los quieren vender casi al valor de nuevos. El sistema de apartado funciona más o menos bien y siempre existe la posibilidad de que se les "pierdan" los artículos en su propia bodega con sus propias reglas de almacenamiento.
