★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor casa.de empeñó.yo empeñe un celular nuevo con caja y cargador .aparte de mes con mes dar mis refrendos cuando por fin .junte para recuperar mi celular me lo entregaron sucio y con un cargador viejo.. obviamente cuando compras un celular nuevo te lo dan con el cargador .me lo cambiaron y no pude hacer nada ..me llene de impotencia y de coraje y regrese a mi casa casi llorando.no confíen no empeñen nada ahí .no respetan tus cosas hay rateros ahí adentro.?

Recientemente me asaltaron y una de mis pertenencias terminó en esta casa de empeño, no pudieron decirme si tenían un proceso para poder resolver este caso, sino hasta que fui con mi acta del mp. Los empleados no quisieron proveer su nombre para mantener un récord de con quién había tenido interacción, ni tampoco quisieron comunicarme con su encargado/gerente/supervisor. En próximos días iré junto con oficiales de policía y levantaré denuncia con la PROFECO por delito de fraude, ya que pagaron por algo sin tener su factura o ticket de compra.
