I had a bad experience with an evaluator who, because of their details, blamed my article when my article is completely new. For this occasion I rate it this way since by people like this they affect the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está sucio, las empleadas no son amables, Deberían de cuidar la atención al cliente. Cuando fui sólo había 1 señorita recibiendo y se le juntó la fila. Y se puso de malas.
The place is dirty, the employees are not friendly, They should take care of customer service. When I went there was only 1 young lady receiving and the line was joined. And it got bad.
